Best BT headset I've ever owned September 8, 2010 abmaniac I've owned a lot of BT headsets. There are a lot good things to say about this headset. A2DP rocks. Works perfectly with iPhone 4.
PROs:
-Stays in ear without loop and very comfortable
-Comes with a neat little car charger w/ usb port and is adjustable, like a dock for your BT in the car
-Flawless and fast pairing with iPhone 4
-Voice dialing is without error (using it with iPhone 4)
-Play and pause music with voice control through headset
-Big plus for bikes...I get navigation audio through Jabra with phone locked and in my pocket. Awesome for getting around D.C on bike
-I can listen to my podcasts and music and audiobooks with it while driving and the nav instructions from GPS apps still come through loud and clear (other audio "dims")
-BIG PLUS for me...easy to carry in pocket without worrying about breaking off an ear hook (I use the in ear gel bud, no hook needed, one bud for left, one bud for right are both provided)
-Nice size, doesn't look to dorky, still, you want to remove when not using it to avoid DB look.
-Very loud audio, important for those hard of hearing
-Audio up and down volume buttons are separate and easy to use
-Power switch is not a push button type, it's a rocker switch, very easy to use
CONs:
-Can't think of any yet
You can't buy a better bluetooth headset September 8, 2010 Susanna Hutcheson (Midwest U.S.A.) I've had numerous bluetooth headsets and had issues with them all. This headset is great! It simply feels right in the ear. It lays right against the cheek, as it should. It stays in the ear and you'll hardly know you have it on. The sound is incredible. What you hear is clear, rich sound at the right listening level and the other person can easily hear you. Your conversation is natural --- just like setting across the table or a cozy room from someone. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a superior bluetooth headset. Be aware, however, it won't work with every phone out there. Check the Jabra site to make sure it will pare with your phone. It paired instantly with mine and it just automatically goes on or off. A quick read of the small instruction booklet is all you need to quickly get going.

Meh September 6, 2010 mHouli (Boston, MA) Having owned and liked another Jabra headset (8040) already, I expected much more from this item. I made several calls using it and the feedback from the person on the other end was "poor sound quality" and on my end, I found it difficult to hear.
Very good headset September 6, 2010 Paco I got this headset a month ago. I use it every day in my car and sometimes in the office. It has good sound quality and so far nobody has complained about not hearing me. Battery life is very good. I had no trouble pairing it with my HTC Touch (Win mobile 6) device. I have not used it with multiple phones connected to the same headset so I can't speak for that feature. Other than that I think is a great headset. I recommend the Jabra EXTREME. Please use a headset while you drive. DON'T TEXT AND DRIVE.
Never received September 5, 2010 Jeffrey Lusk (Central Valley, CA) I cannot review the product because it never showed up in the mail. Great service by the USPS...NOT!
