This dongle is poor of quality. The software is terrible, doesn't install right, I had to open the CD on windows explorer and try to open the setup files one by one to see which one works. It took me a while to install it and make it work. The software is also not practical at all to use, it doesn't have a tool for transferring files, it fails to connect sometimes and you don't have the option to search for devices (you have to put the address of the device you want to connect with). It takes time and patience to use this product.

Do not buy this if you want to use with a Bluetooth mouse or a Bluetooth headset on windows 7 or Ubuntu 10.04. It will not work.

Tried using this with a Voyager 510, but that headset doesn't work well with anything if you don't have the USB device. All other bluetooth devices worked though.

Received the original package, installation driver CD was damaged upon arrival. File a complaint, their customer service agent, Michelle responded with an email and a followup phone call, a few days later. She was apologetic and promise to send me a replacement CD and I got a new driver CD the next day. Install the driver, works well with my new blue tooth mouse. I am happy. :-)
