I purchased the headset adapter to work with my 2.5mm headset. I'm not a bluetooth device fan. If the party you are speaking with does not actually need to hear your voice, you've got the right adapter. The sound on my end, through the earpiece, was great; the parties I have been on the phone with cannot hear me...literally! I do not recommend this item and have already found a new storage place for it...the trash. Good luck
Horrible quality - got two, two don't work September 3, 2010

I'll keep this short and sweet.
First units has intermittent performance and audio cuts in and out when the cable moves ever so slightly.
ACE Photo Digital responds by sending me a new one immediately. Good service? Yes, so far.
Two weeks after getting the replacement, same quality issue. However, this time ACE Photo Digital says:
"We sent a replacement over two months after you received your first order, as a courtesy. We are now also beyond the return/exchange window for this replacement item. We will not be able to process a refund or send another replacement at this time."
Not a good show of standing behind product you sell.
My response to them was:
"The replacement was sent August 9th and it doesn't work. You sent me two products that don't work. I would gladly send both back to you so you can verify they don't work. So I have two items less than 3 months that don't work and I am now screwed. That sucks. I was hoping for better service than this."

Not only is this an excellent product, but the way this item is advertised is so clear and concise that I knew immediatly it was exactly what I needed. The explanation that it was for an older headset with a new cellphone along with the pictures showing exactly what went where helped me to understand exactly what the product did and that it was the size and shape I needed. It arrived quickly and turned out to be a great product. My friends can now hear me perfectly.
Kudos to the person or people who created an ad that is easy for even a non-techie to understand and to the manufacturer for an excellent product

 Could Not Stop Shipping August 16, 2010

I could not stop this order within minutes of my purchase. I Paid overnight for the B&W Headphones and this needed plug. When I found out that the B&W headset would be two weeks this company did not let you stop the order within 5 minutes. I ended up paying $25.00 shipping for a $4.00 cord. Ya it works but did not like the supplier.

What can I say? i am using it to adapt a headset for my iPhone for use with Skype (bluetooth does not work with Skype). Works like a charm.
