Great product with like-new results...if you are careful. Make sure to watch any and all instructional vids you can find before attempting to install or you will end up with a result like mine...beautiful flawless new iphone screen covering a broken LCD and microphone.

It was very difficult to install and required a special adhesive that is not included. I ended up having it professionally installed and it did not work properly.

View the video from their website before starting the replacement. Completed the replacement in 30 minutes without a hitch.

This process is not well described and depends on the model you have. My opinion is save your money and have a professional fix your phone so it's at least got some warrenty for operational ability
