This item broke the first day of use. I am not sure how, it was a gift and the mother said the baby broke it.

Product works fine with my Blackberry and iPod and having two USB outlets, I can charge both at the same time without having to leave my PC on all night (which I'm sure uses a lot more electricity).
I had considered one of the fold-down power prong style units that is the same size as a credit card in all but thickness, but this was cheaper. I knew it would be bulkier, so this is not really an issue. The power light is good for reminding me it's plugged in.
The product works as I had hoped & doesn't seem to have any downsides. It was a lot less expensive that anything else I had seen.

it worked like a charm i have not had one issue with it and have hooked up ipods and a htc hero to it.

Not compatible with my HTC Incredible.
The incredible tolerates a lot of power sources, my computer, off brand car charger, even the USB on my radio.
When plugged into this though it asked to be unplugged immediately to avoid damage to the phone.
The plug also made a decently loud hum when the phone was attached, not good.

My charger arrived not working, but I contacted the seller and was emailed back within the hour. I can't say anything positive about the charger, but can speak to the customer service of the seller. They provided me with a few options, and I'll be getting a new charger soon. Hopefully the second one will work...I'll review the product again after that point. The seller though...five stars!
