When I first put it in I didnt think it would work cause it wasnt moving... but once I snapped the ring on... it worked.... yes its slower than the original one but not too bad... its actually slower when your on the internet... but I am ok with it for a few months till I can get a new phone!

I got it. It included a tool to remove the old one, and the new one just popped right in and everything was great. The ball is rolling just like it should and everything is perfect. Get it if your ball is sticking or rolling rough. Great value!!!

I needed a new trackball for my Blackberry since the old one had become gummed up, I found these and the price was right so I ordered them. When they came I was a little nervous about switching them out but soon learned it was quite easy and took maybe a min. The quality of these is not as good as OEM but good enough and they worked properly, I would have no concerns buying them again.

Didn't move up and down sideways only.I had to take it apart and i just use the ball and cabined it with parts from old one.
